How has your world changed over the past five years?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 17, 2009:
Five years ago I made the choice to return to college. I had started in the early 80's but had never finished even my Associate's degree. Since then, I completed the first degree I started, adding a second A.S. in Photography, received a B.A. in Art, and now I'm working on my MFA in Web Design & New Media. It's been an amazing journey with so many AHA moments along the way.
I'm showing my children that we can follow our dreams and if we slip, we can pick ourselves back up and start again. It feels so wonderful to be learning in a way that feeds my soul and will help me make a financial living while staying true to my passions.
