What keeps you peaceful?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for November 09, 2008:

New Age music, meditation, nature, my cats, babies and toddlers - so many things...

I find that if I listen to spiritual audio books or soft new age music in the car, the urge to speed up or get annoyed is lessened dramatically. It keeps me from giving in to that sense of urgency to get wherever I'm going. Very helpful.
